| The ground is thick with russet, gold and scarlet leaves. It is almost as if this section of the woods is in a perpetual state of autumn. The sky is a hazy pale hue beyond the black branches and flame coloured foliage of the trees. Leaves drift down to join their brothers in a warm carpet that rustles underfoot. One of the oaks, bigger than others, seems to draw you. Curiously you move towards it. It is hollow and something seems to be within. There is a soft whispering noise and a grey coated Pah'llock stallion steps from within. His hooves making little sound on the dry leaves.
He inclines his head slightly and you notice his eyes are a fuchia in colour."I am Sehktirn, I assume you have come to learn of the rules behind fostering younglings from the Tir." His eyes reguard you thoughtfully. "Very well. Heed them well for they are important if you wish to keep one of this land."
Alas at tis point in time there are however if you ask Allani or Darkhorse you may be put on a list to foster an abandoned or foundling Pah'llock provided you have No Pah'llocks yet. 1) You must have a page ready with more than just 'I want a ___ and this is where it will go'. A description of the area the Pah'llocki is to inhabit would be best, the more creative the better. 2)No violence, racism, hatred or X-rated stuff on any of your pages. We don't mind dragons eating knights because that's justice but neither I nor any of the Tir will stand for our young being exposed to human hatreds and petty
3)A link back to the Tir, http://www.itwerkz.net.au/tir is a MUST so they can find their way to the land of their origin if they ever need to.
4) The youngling MUST be up within a week of adoption and each stage of growth hence or else they will be considered abandoned and the likely hood of any of the mares or parents ever fostering another foal out to you will be very very slim. If your computer crashes or you have a valid reason for not getting the foal up EMAIL US at darklingmare@yahoo.com.au The clans, roosts and aeries won't mind if the younglings return to Tir for a while as long as there is a good reason.
5) Another, friendly (at least towards the youngling), creature must be on the same page if you are fostering a foal so it won't get lonely and can learn the ways and language of it's new home. I personally don't like the way many people shut their adopted pets off on their own, only to be visited by Visitors to that realm. We Pah'llocks especially. Being closely related to equines we are a highly social species and being isolated is stressful. Some have been known to pine or even run away to find company if isolated for long. 6) Only one growing Pah'llock, or creature of a particular species, at a time. If you have a Pah'llock who is not an adult you CAN NOT foster another till it has grown. Any breach of this rule will automatically result in all your Pah'llocks being abandoned. It has happened once before (a creature fostered two Pah'llocks at once under false names) and the elders were NOT pleased. Those fostered Pah'llocks have hence found better homes.
7) You may NOT alter any of Darkhorse's pictures without her permission. AND ASK BEFORE YOU DO IT!! Don't alter a picture, display it then start asking when we begin spitting flames. I warn you a bloodhunt will be called by the Allani & the wolves and Darkhorse's hippogriff blood boils hotter than the sun when her feathers are ruffled the wrong way.
8) Do not attempt to refoster out Pah'llocks or any of the creatures of the Tir PLEASE! And I mean it.
The Pah'llock bobs his ornamented head. "I have been elected as an elder for the gather stones as I learned much as a scholar whilst lost in the web worlds. Gradually we will have the full seven elders once more and I might have a more text oriented role."
