This part of the meadow is yet another secluded area of tufty lawn, screened from the main meadow by a row of hedge like bushes with dark and glossy leaves. Here, as with much of the other meadow-lands the ground is springy with green and spriggy leaved grasses. Ahead of you is a large willow tree, the weeping branches and soft green leaves creating a dense curtain around the trees trunk. Beside the immense tree is a small brook, bubbling down hill from thick forest on the North of the clearing and curling back into the trees to the South-West. Almost drawn by the sound of the water you head towards the stream, rounding the willow only to find that the thick curtain of leaves is thinner on this side and has been pulled back and tied with a faded silk ribbon to reveal how the branches have grown over into a domed roof, leaving the area in near the trunk free of growth and open, like a natural pavillion. The bright sunlight means you need to let your eyes refocus before you can make out anything in shadowy gloom beneath the tree's canopy. A movement in the shadow of the willow leaves catches your eye and, as you near it, you can make out a green equine face! ![]() "Hullo..." The mare bobs her head in greeting, stepping out in to the sunlight. "I am °Brienth°, a Sycoraxi, and this is my mate, Nalinth. Our home was once in the realm of Cloud but is now here." She ushers you into the shade of the willow and follows you in. Your eyes adjust to the light and you then see Nalinth lying beneath the tree, leaning on the trunk. ![]() "I am §Nalinth§, Red Magi and the first Sycorax in this isle. The pathway to our home realm was recently refound out in the web-planes. To visit you can go There if you like." Brienth folds up her legs and lies down with an 'Ooomph' by her mate, to doze once more, leaving you to choose your path. You can go up and down stream, you can cross the stream or head over to the edge of what appears to be an overgrown orchard.
