This segment of the tors, thicky overgrown with wattle trees seems to have been all but abandoned - Fluffy puffs of wattle blossom drift down, creating bright daubs of colour on the sprse grey-green grass that grows here.

A small brook bubbles through the clearing, it' level low, you can see river rock being slowly tumbled by the water's passing.
There is nothing else here... Except perhaps a sense of emptyness. You can tell someone once used this area often, fragments of rock are chipped from the stone, old scarring from hooves that were not following the path. A few strands of purple hair are still caught in one of the bushes and you can see a scattering of beads, possibly fallen from a horn ornament of mane, lying abandoned on the ground.

The path fades here, the grass has long since overgrown what may have been. The creek is shallow enough for you to follow it through a gap in the tor walls or you could return to the Tor mouth.
