This appears at first to be a sundial with a multi-hued mosaic face but as you draw nearer you realise it is flat topped and has large glassy panels that gleam with a oily rainbow lustre. Internal lights flicker across the surface occassionally and the air has a coppery smell of magic to it.

Given the eternally changing nature of the Tir each transport spell has been linked to one part of the Tir, allowing movement between the major environments.
